INTERN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This is a client-facing role and requires the consultant to collaborate closely with the client, understand their technical and business requirements, and then Implement the Adobe Campaign solution in a manner client gets the most value out of the solution. The consultant’s main objective is to drive successful delivery and maintain a high level of satisfaction for our customers.
  • You will develop coding best practices and solutions that integrate with the client’s current online infrastructure including mobile and any third-party advertising efforts.
  • You will enable client success by providing innovative solutions leveraging Adobe’s Digital Marketing Suite of products.
  • The role includes utilizing and developing best practices for integrating Digital Marketing Products with existing websites, providing support and training to other marketing specialists as needed, mentoring new Development Consultants, maintaining documentation of solutions and integrations, continuing education on new technologies and platforms that provide benefit to the Digital Marketing Suite and the implementations and delivering top notch solutions to clients.

Sales Trainer Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility of the trainee’s performance during training and nesting period
  • Monitor Calls/emails and transactions as per the defined targets.
  • Conduct refresher sessions and provide updates.
  • Strong in documentation and email etiquette
  • Achieve the training KPIs such as throughput targets/ M1s, Nesting Targets, team meeting 0 to 30 days performance, etc.
  • Calibrations of audits with internal teams
  • Monitor team performance and provide trend analysis on problem areas.
  • Maintain and update business knowledge through required trainings and incorporating industry best practices.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and projects for process improvement and better ramp for sellers.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis on identified defects.
  • Maintain connects with stakeholders for updates, needs identification and feedback.
  • Proactive gap analysis to enhance training quality and delivery.
  • Working knowledge on MS office applications like Excel and Power point
  • Basic knowledge on Instructional design will be an added advantage.
