HUMAN RESOURCES – MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.

SR. SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES
- Audit Planning: Collaborate with the audit team to plan and scope audit engagements. Identify key risk areas, define audit objectives, and develop a comprehensive audit plan.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate the organization’s risk management processes to identify potential areas of risk exposure. Assess the effectiveness of existing controls in mitigating these risks.
- Audit Execution: Execute audit procedures, including conducting interviews, reviewing documentation, testing controls, and analyzing processes to assess their efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with regulations and policies.
- Data Analysis: Use data analytics tools and techniques to analyze large sets of data and identify anomalies, trends, or patterns that could indicate control weaknesses or potential fraud.
- Control Evaluation: Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls by identifying control deficiencies and suggesting recommendations for improvements.
