JOB DESCRIPTION-
Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding their mortgage accounts.
Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Verify customer information and update their accounts as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Meet performance targets and goals set by the company.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English.
Graduates Freshers can apply.
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Familiarity with mortgage process terminologies and procedures
Willing to work in rotational and night shifts with weekends off
Salary and Benefits:
CTC up to 3.8 LPAÂ
