SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (SDR) RESPONSIBILITIES

Identifying and researching potential leads through various channels such as online directories, social media platforms, and industry-specific databases.
Initiating contact with potential leads through phone calls, emails, or social media messages to introduce the company’s products or services and generate interest.
Engaging with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and purchase intent. Assessing their fit with our offerings and qualifying them as potential sales opportunities.
Scheduling Meetings: Coordinating and scheduling meetings or demos
Conducting timely and personalized follow-up communication

Communication Skills: SDRs must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage prospects through emails, phone calls, and other communication channels effectively.
Active Listening: Being attentive to prospects’ needs, pain points, and objections allows SDRs to tailor their approach and responses accordingly.
Problem-Solving: Quickly understanding a prospect’s challenges and suggesting how the company’s solution can address those challenges demonstrates the SDR’s value.
Research Skills: Proficiency in researching companies, industries, and individuals helps SDRs identify potential leads and tailor their outreach messages.
Time Management: Prioritizing outreach efforts, follow-ups, and administrative tasks is crucial to manage a high volume of activities effectively.
