What You Will Be Doing As Recruiter

  • Develop job descriptions and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the position.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates and gather additional information.
