Job Role & Responsibility:
- In this role, you will connect with users through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to understand their
requirements, recommend tailored policies or features, and guide them through their insurance buying journey. - Ditto has two advisory teams: Team Bliss and Team Falcon. Choose the team that suits your preferences and availability during the application process.
- Team Bliss focuses on personalized user interaction, with approximately 40% of your time dedicated to direct calls and the remaining time spent on WhatsApp. This team offers flexible shifts, allowing you to choose between 12pm to 9pm or 2pm to 11pm.
- Team Falcon, on the other hand, emphasizes direct calls, with approximately 60% of your time dedicated to this channel, while the remaining time is spent on WhatsApp. Working hours for Team Falcon are typically from 8pm. 10am to 8pm.
- Even if you don’t have an insurance background, don’t worry! We provide an intensive two-month training program to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills.
Ditto Work from Home Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate from any stream.
Preferred skill:
- Good communication Skills and Verbal Skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good command of English.
- Basic computer knowledge is necessary.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively.
