- Business/Customer:
- Engage minimally with customers under guidance.
Understand domain processes, functions, and terminologies such as SOPs and QC checklists. - For Pharmacovigilance (PV)and Complaints Management: Perform data entry from source documents into Clinical/Safety databases, ensuring turnround times and accuracy.
Handle eristical and sensitive transactions.

- Coding:
- Perform coding tasks for assigned projects within set timelines and efficiency standards.
Import uncoded terms Into the database and export coded medical terms from the coding platform. - Manage queries and create and prioritize “New Term Requests”.

- Clinical Data Management (CDM):
- Conduct migrations, setup, and closeout activities, as well as study conduct activities under supervision and quality checks from the Team Lead.

- Project/Process:
- Tackle complex problems and escalate to Supervisor/Line Manager when necessary.
- Handle first level transaction processing.
- Meet quality standards and achieve targets/volumes within the given turnround time.
- Proactively Identify issues and contribute to process Improvement initiatives.
- Report and document process changes.
