  • You will own and deliver features for the Business Critical Application
  • Complete responsibility for the architecture, design and delivery of Product requirements.
  • Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards. Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
  • Evaluate and Decide on new technology and solutions.
  • Develop and design modularized code with emphasis efficiency, re-usability.
  • Mentor and nurture the team members and help in achieving top notch design and high feature quality.
  • Instruments their code to produce metrics, logs, and traces
  • Continuously enhance customer experience, enhance solution execution.
  • Work closely with the QA team to define system testing flow.
A backend developer manages the servers that host an application. They write code that runs on servers, and are responsible for the application’s back end. 
  • BE, B.Tech degree in Computer Science or a related subject.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Development with strong design and implementation experience across stack.
  • Proficiency in Java, with a good understanding of its ecosystems
  • Experience in working with popular web application frameworks like Springboot.
  • Basic knowledge of Javascript, node js is good to have.
  • Sound knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Patterns and Concepts
  • Understanding of building tools like Ant, Maven, Gradle, etc
  • Good understanding of software security practices, authentication, authorization, data validation.
  • Tools – Git, JIRA, Gitlab
  • Basic knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD.
  • Task and Work breakdown, timeline and schedule management.
