What You Will Be Doing As Recruiter ?
- Job Analysis and Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the job requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications for various positions. Conduct job analysis to gather relevant information and create job descriptions and specifications.
- Sourcing and Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates.
- Candidate Screening and Assessment: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements. Conduct phone or video interviews to further assess candidate fit and suitability. Coordinate and administer assessments or tests if required.
- Interviewing and Selection: Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with shortlisted candidates. Evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success in the role. Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed decisions and select the most suitable candidates.
