Assists in developing, testing and implementing application systems.

Role and Responsibility :

Participates in developing, coding and testing computer programs for relatively straightforward or small projects.
Assist in preparing technical and procedural documentation required in application system development.
Provide detailed flowcharts to show processing logic for simple application programs.
Contribute solutions for programming system operations, including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs.

Education and Skills :

Degree Requirement
Degree or equivalent experience desired (Engineering Degree with relevant experience in IT/computer science preferred)
Technical & Platform Skills
Automation Anywhere Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Automation Anywhere v11, A2019, or the latest AA360 platform.
Bot Development: Hands-on experience creating both attended and unattended bots, including control room operations, bot deployment, and scheduling.
API & Database Knowledge: Familiarity with developing and consuming APIs, as well as basic SQL for data handling and log analysis.
Scripting Languages: Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or VBScript for advanced automation tasks.
Advanced Technologies: Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) is increasingly valued.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
Logical Thinking: Ability to conceptualize business processes and translate them into efficient, automated solutions.
Troubleshooting: Strong skills in debugging, identifying issues in bot performance, and implementing solutions to ensure reliability.
Testing: Proficiency in conducting thorough testing of automated processes to ensure accuracy and functionality.
Process Analysis: Understanding of business process management to identify areas ripe for automation and design effective workflows.
