What Would You Do as a Packaged App Development Associate at Accenture?

Responsibilities You will be designing, developing, testing and supporting applications according to the business requirements. Understanding what impacts performance and delivering software that works within those limitations is key to this process. You’ll also keep abreast of the latest technology trends, and help to develop new features and to integrate them into existing systems. Furthermore, you will take an active part in incident resolution and providing customer service over phone calls, emails, chat or remote assistance.

Eligibility Criteria for Accenture Packaged App Development Associate Job

• Candidates should be graduates in any branch of engineering (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, MSc (CS/IT/Computer Applications/Data Science/ Computer Science & Applications) and passed out of such from 2024 or prior.
• No live backlogs on application and signings.
• Applicants must have less than 23 months of full-time work experience.
• Candidates who have appeared for Accenture recruiting process in the last 3 months are not eligible.
• Eligible applicants must have graduated within the specified time period with no breaks. For instance, 4 year B.Tech course has to be finished in 4 years.
• Indian citizenship is required. But the candidate from Bhutan and Nepal do not have to take a work visa for Indian Work. Other foreigners cannot work in India unless they have a work visa, an Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI), or a Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card.

Selection Process for Accenture Freshers Hiring

If you meet the eligibility criteria, you’ll receive an email invitation to participate in the online assessment process, which consists of three main stages. Each stage must be completed within the given timeline.

Hiring platform access

Stage 1: Mock Assessment

The process kicks off with a 20-minute mock/practice assessment. This step is mandatory to ensure your hardware, software, and internet connection are ready for the actual assessments. It also gives you a chance to familiarize yourself with the test format.

Stage 2: Cognitive and Technical Assessment

The second stage is a 90-minute assessment featuring 50 questions covering both cognitive and technical skills:

Cognitive Skills: English ability, critical thinking, problem-solving, and abstract reasoning.
Technical Skills: Common applications and MS Office, pseudocode, networking, security, and cloud fundamentals.
Once you complete this stage, your results will be available in 5–10 minutes. You must stay seated and wait for the results. If you pass, you’ll immediately proceed to the coding assessment.

Stage 3: Coding Assessment

The coding assessment lasts 45 minutes and requires you to solve 2 coding problems. You can choose from the following programming languages:

Stage 4: Communication Assessment

In the final stage, you’ll complete a 30-minute communication assessment. You’ll receive an email with the schedule and login details. This stage evaluates:
