Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize technical requirements to develop effective solutions while efficiently managing constraints.
Design and build predictive models, recommendation engines, anomaly detection systems, statistical models, deep learning solutions, and other machine learning applications.
Apply expertise in machine learning concepts and programming languages such as Python, PySpark, and SQL to develop robust analytical solutions.
Develop and deploy machine learning solutions across both on-premise and cloud-based environments.
Collaborate with business leaders and key stakeholders to define success metrics and design machine learning solutions that align with organizational goals.
Mentor junior data scientists and promote a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation within the machine learning community at Ericsson.
Eligibility Criteria:
Proficiency in DevSecOps practices and tools for secure software development.
Strong business understanding to align technical solutions with organizational goals.
Knowledge of artificial intelligence systems and their applications.
Expertise in software engineering principles and development lifecycle.
Experience in data management, including storage, governance, and quality.
Competence in Ericsson Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions.
Proficiency in open-source programming languages for development and analysis.
Skills in data preprocessing to clean and prepare datasets for analysis.
Strong foundation in statistics for data-driven decision-making.
Experience in cloud development and deploying applications on cloud platforms.
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their practical implementation.
