Job Responsibility For Customer Service Associate II Role

  • Troubleshoots customer problems, identifies the root cause of the problem and uses tools and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems
  • Provide customer support by phone, email or instant message to business customers. Serves as primary contact for inbound customer issues. Escalates more technical product-related issues to proper Product Support department
  • Processes a high volume of customer inquiries of Green Dot products and services and resolves a targeted percentage of those inquiries
  • Tracks and documents inbound support requests and ensures proper notation of customer problems or issues
  • Meets standards of job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule and average handle time

Job Responsibility For Sales Support Operation Analyst Role

  • Sales Data Analysis: Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. This may involve generating reports, creating dashboards, and providing insights to support decision-making and sales strategy development.
  • Sales Process Support: Assisting the sales team with various administrative tasks to facilitate the sales process. This may include preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, managing sales documentation, and coordinating sales meetings and events.
  • CRM Management: Maintaining and managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information. This includes data entry, lead management, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
  • Sales Forecasting and Planning: Collaborating with the sales team and other stakeholders to develop sales forecasts, set targets, and create sales plans. Monitoring actual performance against targets and providing analysis and recommendations to optimize sales outcomes.
