Job Responsibility For HR Intern Role

  • Recruitment and Onboarding Support: Assisting with the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments. Additionally, you may help with new employee onboarding activities such as preparing welcome packages and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Employee Data Management: Assisting in maintaining employee records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. This may include updating employee information, tracking attendance, and organizing employee files.
  • HR Documentation and Administration: Assisting with the creation and maintenance of HR documents, including job descriptions, policies, and procedures. You may also support administrative tasks such as preparing HR-related reports, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
  • Training and Development Support: Assisting in organizing training programs and learning initiatives for employees. This may involve coordinating training sessions, tracking attendance, and gathering feedback.
  • Employee Engagement Activities: Assisting with the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building events, recognition programs, and employee surveys. You may also help with internal communication efforts to promote employee engagement.
