Job Responsibility For Accounting Record to Report Role
- Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- General Ledger Management: Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, ensuring proper classification and posting of financial transactions. Reviewing and resolving any discrepancies or variances.
- Month-end and Year-end Closing: Assisting with the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations. Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results.
- Financial Analysis: Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Providing insights and recommendations to management based on the analysis.
- Fixed Assets Management: Recording and maintaining fixed assets in the accounting system. Conducting periodic physical verification and depreciation calculations. Ensuring proper capitalization and disposal of assets.
