Job Responsibilities:
Participating in business requirements discussions with client, onshore or offshore teams and attaining any clarifications to design test scenarios/cases/scripts.
Designing clean, efficient, and well-documented performance test scenarios/ scripts and maintaining industry & client standards, based on business requirement analysis.
Provisioning the test data required to perform test execution.
Performing automated test execution, logging defects, tracking, and triaging defects to closure, and documenting test results.
Creating automated test results/reports.
Tracking and resolving dependencies that impact test activities.
Reporting and escalating any risks/issues which are blocking test activitie
Eligibility Criteria:
B.E./B. Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university

Deloitte Recruitment Preferred skill:
1-3 years of experience in automation testing tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar, with practical experience in creating and executing test scripts.
Coding skills in a language commonly used for automation, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
Understanding of test frameworks like TestNG or JUnit and the ability to work with existing test suites.
Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to understand web application structure.
Ability in test case design, including writing effective test cases, test data preparation, and test scenario creation.
Understanding how to manage test data effectively, including creating, maintaining, and using test data sets.
SQL knowledge to perform database testing and data validation.
Ability to generate and interpret basic test reports and metrics from automated test runs.
Understanding of API testing concepts and basic usage of tools like Postman or REST Assured.
Understanding of agile methodologies and participation in agile/ scrum teams.
Experience in test case management tools such as Jira or TestRail for test case execution and tracking.
Ability to troubleshoot simple issues and escalate when necessary.
Effective communication within the team and the ability to follow instructions.
A willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies in the field of automation testing.
