Job Role & Responsibility:
In this role, you will connect with users through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to understand their requirements, recommend tailored policies or features, and guide them through their insurance buying journey.
Ditto has two advisory teams: Team Bliss and Team Falcon. Choose the team that suits your preferences and availability during the application process.
Team Bliss focuses on personalized user interaction, with approximately 40% of your time dedicated to direct calls and the remaining time spent on WhatsApp. This team offers flexible shifts, allowing you to choose between 12pm to 9pm or 2pm to 11pm.
Team Falcon, on the other hand, emphasizes direct calls, with approximately 60% of your time dedicated to this channel, while the remaining time is spent on WhatsApp. Working hours for Team Falcon are typically from 10am to 8pm.
Even if you don’t have an insurance background, don’t worry! We provide an intensive two-month training program to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills.
