Sustainability commitment
At IndiGo, we strive to deliver our customer promise in the most sustainable way possible. With our investments in the new generation aircraft, we have been able to reduce CO2 footprint by around 19% in financial year 2024 as compared to 7 years ago. Today, around 78% of our fleet is new generation and due to that, we are one of the lowest CO2 emitting airlines in the world. Apart from this, sustainability is integrated at the operational level and we are making a series of investments towards more responsible flying including single engine taxiing, introduction of electric ground vehicles, electronic flight bags and water conservation techniques on-board.

• Existing ancillary products:
o Develop and continuously refine the Products Content (Offerings, Terms & Conditions) and optimize the fee and charges, in line with competitive changes and demand. Propose and implement projects for improvement of existing ancillary products.
o Own one or more ancillary products and manage product life cycle, including planning, executing, testing and implementation
o Oversee UAT to ensure correct implementation of planned product change
o Analyzing product metrics regularly and implementing the findings for product innovations and improvements
• Market Research and New Ancillary Products:
o Identify new opportunities for ancillary revenue streams (follow market developments, benchmark competitor offers, unique service, etc.)
o Maintain knowledge of other Airlines (Domestic and International) ancillary products offerings and changes. Should be proactive in the Airline space to be aware of any new ancillary product offered by other Airlines
Indigo is looking for highly dynamic and self-motivated individual to be part of the Ancillary Revenue team. The individual will be responsible for the revenue and day to day operational activities for all ancillary products (baggage, seats, change and cancellation, priority check in, etc.) for the airline and help development of new ancillary products to achieve revenue targets. |
- Any Graduate.
o Proven work experience in product management (Experience in managing ancillary services is preferable)
o Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
o Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to the manager
o Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
o Excellent written, verbal, communication and analytical skills
o Knowledge of Navitaire reservation system like Skyspeed, APO etc. is preferred
