Technical Solutions Engineer Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support to customers, partners, and internal teams regarding Ivanti’s products and solutions.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues, collaborating with customers to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Ivanti’s software products, including their features, functionalities, and integration capabilities.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers professionally and empathetically, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and technical challenges.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions for future reference and improvement.
Skills Required
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of IT systems, software architecture, and networking principles. Proficiency in Ivanti’s products and related technologies is a major asset.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer interaction skills, with the ability to understand customer needs, address concerns, and provide solutions in a professional and friendly manner.
