Roles & Responsibilities For Customer Associate Freelancer
- Interact with customers via various communication channels (in-person, phone, email, chat) and address their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Assist customers in finding solutions to their problems and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
- Verify product availability, pricing, and shipping information.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
