What You Will Be Doing As Customer Service Associate ?
- Addressing Customer Inquiries: You will handle incoming customer inquiries via various channels, such as phone, email, or live chat. You will provide prompt and accurate responses to customer questions, concerns, and requests for information about products, services, or policies.
- Resolving Customer Issues: You will work to resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner. This may involve investigating the problem, gathering relevant information, and providing appropriate solutions or alternatives to meet customer needs.
- Providing Product or Service Support: You will assist customers in understanding and utilizing products or services. This includes guiding them through the features, functionalities, and benefits of the offerings, as well as troubleshooting any technical difficulties they may encounter.
- Processing Orders or Requests: You will handle customer orders, requests for product or service upgrades, cancellations, or changes. This involves accurately capturing customer details, verifying information, and ensuring the smooth processing of transactions.

- Assist with solutions & implementations
- Performs relatively complex and varied assignments
- Demonstrates technical/administrative expertise
- Applies specialized functional area skills and basic knowledge including underlying professional/technical principles or standards
- Basic knowledge of the organization and its policies required
What You Will Be Doing As Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 1 – C09 ?
- Process all regular, restricted and legal transfers; which include processing of payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows and wholesale card activity
- Ensure transactions are processed efficiently, act as a SME (subject matter expert) and recommend process improvements
- Evaluate and recommend solutions to problems through data analysis, technical experience and precedent
- Anticipate and respond to requests for deliverables with internal and external clients and vendors
- Contribute to and collaborate with cash & trade operations projects as needed
What You Will Be Doing As KYC Analyst ?
- Perform KYC including monitoring and tracking of KYC records, assisting with the development and execution of action plan for expiring records, and ensuring records are not past due
- Determining if the accounts are in scope
- Client Identification, Verification and Screening
- Ensure to maintain quality standards (90% and above) for the KYC reviews undertaken
- Ensure any tech issue/procedural clarifications gets highlighted to managers for further review and guidance
