What You Will Be Doing As An International Payroll Analyst?
Take responsibility for the complete daily end-to-end payroll process for a number of APAC/EMEA/LATAM payrolls. Managing the daily payroll process includes, but is not limited to:
Payroll data collection/preparation
Processing starters and leavers in accordance with local rules
Processing global Compensation, Insured Benefits, Perks and Country Specific Employee Benefits
Managing timely payment of all payroll related payments: salaries, social security and taxes
Responsible for periodical country payroll reporting and other statutory payroll filings
Skills Required For International Payroll Analyst
Effective Communication skills.
Knowledge of job associated database/software/documentation.
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Proficiency in Excel, payroll administration and have excellent analytical skills
Passion for payroll, team work, prioritize, think outside of the box and have a positive attitude
