Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly and effectively with users via electronic and in-person formats to understand and document technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported problems by reproducing, diagnosing, and applying appropriate solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a user-first mindset in all interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and ensure service continuity.
- Administer and maintain business-critical applications, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Document issues, resolutions, and procedures to build a robust knowledge base.
Required Skills
- Clear and Concise Communication: Ability to interact with users to understand and document technical issues effectively.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Skilled in diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
- Customer Service Orientation: Strong commitment to delivering excellent support experiences.
- Business Operations Understanding: Familiarity with telecom service delivery and support processes.
- Application Administration: Experience in managing and maintaining enterprise applications.
Other Skills (Nice to Have):

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality work.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and precision.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Department: IT, CS, ECE, EEE (10th 12th and Engineering min 70% or 7 GPA and above)
