Job Responsibility For HR Generalist Role
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making job offers. Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, including completing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, grievances, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures. Assisting in resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment. Conducting investigations when necessary and recommending appropriate actions.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Assisting in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs. Ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Updating employee handbooks and other HR-related documentation.
- Performance Management: Supporting performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and performance improvement plans. Providing guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters and facilitating performance-related discussions.
- Training and Development: Identifying training needs, coordinating and delivering training programs, and facilitating employee development initiatives. Collaborating with managers to identify skill gaps and create development plans. Managing employee training records and evaluating training effectiveness.
