RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and decision-makers through research, online sources, and networking to generate qualified leads.
- Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with leads through various communication channels such as email, social media, and phone calls, with the aim of introducing MindTickle’s solutions.
- Qualification and Needs Assessment: Engage in meaningful conversations with leads to understand their business challenges, needs, and pain points to determine if there is a fit for MindTickle’s offerings.
- Solution Presentation: Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations of MindTickle’s platform to highlight its value proposition and address potential client needs.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads and provide detailed information for follow-up. Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.
