JOB DESCRIPTION-
- Resolve gaming issues by understanding the issue.
- Resolve customer queries via email.
- Handle escalations.
- Find basic bugs and fix it.
- Resolve basic gaming issues and give a quick fix.
- Comprehend and resolve issues related to the game.
Skills required-
- Good analytical skills.
- Good command over written English and vocabulary.
- Good comprehensive thoughts.
- Creativity , good listener.
