As an Automation Developer at IC25, you will be trusted to deliver more complex, high-value automation solutions that bring real transformation to how HR works. Using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform (including Copilot Studio), you will take ownership of projects from start to finish — designing, building, testing, and refining automations that make our services faster, simpler, and more engaging for employees.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure each solution delivers maximum impact, while also contributing to the development of reusable components and best practices for the team.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions for high-priority HR needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Create robust, scalable, and maintainable automations with clear documentation.
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to peer reviews to maintain high quality standards.
- Recommend and trial new approaches, tools, or features that could enhance delivery.
