Job Description:

As an Associate in the Deals Tech & Data Solutions team, you will support data-driven initiatives that enable insights into M&A and other transaction-related activities. You will leverage skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modelling to support clients in solving complex business problems.

Qualifications & Skills :

B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT/EEE/EC) – Minimum 60%; No Backlogs
The ideal candidate will combine academic qualifications with a strong track record of practical experience in mergers and acquisitions, contractual due diligence and data analysis

To qualify for the role you must have:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with hands-on experience in data analytics
Possessing analytics & problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency with relational database models and writing SQL queries
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. QlikView, Tableau, Power BI)
Basic understanding of key financial statements and accounting principles
Ability to think critically about problems and apply analytics strategy
Strong SQL skills and relational database knowledge
Experience in Excel-based analysis and financial reporting
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data integration
Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder communication skills
