About part time job/internship
As a Recruitment intern at Painite Inc., you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your role will be crucial in helping us identify and attract top talent to join our team.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting initial screenings and assessments of potential candidates
2. Assisting in scheduling and coordinating interviews
3. Managing job postings on various platforms and social media channels
4. Building and maintaining relationships with universities and recruiting partners
5. Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires
6. Providing support in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
7. Assisting in creating reports and analyzing recruitment data

Other requirements
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
2. Experience in learning and navigating solutions through www. Fair understanding of using LLMs.
3. Knowledge of recruitment platforms and tools is a plus.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, hustling environment
6. Attention to detail.
7. Experience in tech recruitment is a plus.
