What You Will Be Doing As Solution Support Operations Specialist
- Providing technical support to end-users and customers regarding SAP solutions
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP software and applications
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical problems
- Conducting root cause analysis to identify the source of technical issues and recommend corrective actions
- Creating and updating technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Developing and delivering training sessions to end-users and customers
- Participating in the testing and implementation of new SAP software and solutions
- Monitoring and maintaining the performance of SAP solutions
- Continuously improving processes and procedures to optimize support delivery
What You Will Be Doing As Process Associate
- Executing and coordinating day-to-day operational tasks related to a specific business process
- Collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, policies, and regulations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and address customer needs
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of operational activities
- Contributing to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures
Skills Required for the job
- Understanding of database objects like tables, schemas, views and ER models.
- Knowledge of analytics concepts, data warehousing or any reporting or dashboarding.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL scripting with ability to write stored procedures.
- Good grasp of programming concepts and knowledge in JavaScript, Python
- Ability to understand business requirements, derive logic and implement it technically either as code or as a model.
- Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of SAP Analytics portfolio (e.g. SAC, HANA, BW, BOBJ etc.) or knowledge of ABAP will be preferred
