ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Strategy: Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and target potential clients in your assigned territory or industry segment.
- Prospecting: Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through various channels, such as emails, calls, and virtual meetings, to introduce SingleStore’s solutions and understand their data management needs.
- Client Engagement: Building strong relationships with prospects and existing clients, understanding their business challenges, and showcasing how SingleStore’s technology can address their specific requirements.
- Solution Consultation: Collaborating with the technical team to understand the technical aspects of SingleStore’s offerings and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Needs Analysis: Conducting thorough needs assessments for clients, understanding their pain points, and tailoring SingleStore’s solutions to meet their data management and analytics needs.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques to effectively navigate the sales cycle.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts, present solutions, and build rapport with clients remotely.
- Technical Acumen: Proficiency in understanding and explaining technical products and solutions, such as SingleStore’s data platform, to clients. The ability to translate technical features into business benefits.
- Remote Collaboration: Strong remote work skills, including the ability to collaborate virtually with internal teams, provide remote product demonstrations, and maintain consistent communication with clients.
- Problem-Solving: Adept at identifying client pain points, understanding their unique challenges, and proposing tailored solutions that align with SingleStore’s offerings.
