SSC CGL 2024 Notification | Apply online: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced notification for the Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGL)2024 for filling up various Group “B” and Group “C” for 17,727 posts .The application process commenced on 24th June 2024 and will continue until 24th July 2024, Candidates with Any Degree qualifications can apply for these posts. SSC CGL Jobs 2024 – Educational Qualifications:
Junior Statistical Officer (JSO):
- Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized University with a minimum 60% In mathematise in Class 12th OR
- Bachelor’s Degree In any discipline with Statistics as one of the subjects in graduation.
Statistical Investigator Grade II:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjectsvfrom a recognized University or Institute.
- The candidates must have studied Statistics as a subject in all the three years or all the 6 semesters of the graduation course.
Research Assistant in National Human Rights Commission (NHRC):
- Essential: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute.
- Desirable: Minimum one year of research experience in any recognized university or research institution; degree in law or human rights from a recognized university.
All Other Posts:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
Note: The candidates appearing in the final year of their graduation can also apply, however, they must possess Essential qualification on or before 01.08.2023.

SSC CGL Selection Process
SSC CGL selection process will be on the basis of the overall performance of candidates in Tier-I, Tier-Il, Tier-III Exams and Tier-IV. Tier-I & Tier-Il are computer-based exams and Tier-Ill are Descriptive methods. The detailed process is given below.
Examination Scheme:
Tier-I: Computer-Based Examination.
This Exam consists of 100 questions for 200 Marks. The total time duration is 60 minutes.
Tier-II: Computer-Based Examination
This examination conducted for 120 minutes.
Tier-III: Pen and Paper Mode (Descriptive paper)
This examination is conducted for 60 minutes.
