E COMMERCE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform order fulfillment from processing, entering customer information into the CRM, tracking etc.
- Respond to customer concerns, questions and recommendations.
- Use tracking software to monitor price drops or increase of products.
- Research trends and promotional activities.
- Create write-ups for products on website, social media etc.
- Coordinate with suppliers on re-stocking & logistic partners on incoming product shipments.
- Create & maintain promotions like Money Off, Free Shipping etc.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Skills and knowledge of Shopify, Amazon & eBay platforms
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Experience with using the Google Analytics for project management and reporting
- Proficient in MS Office esp. Excel
- Knowledge with CSS Media queries
