Support Customer’s strategic meetings management enterprise technology globally, support process to ensure meeting spend, reporting accuracy and policy alignment
Reconciliation of all meeting and event spend, review of cost items
track budget items, catch errors and discuss with stakeholder – gray area attitude
The responsibility is vetting the process was followed and fields were filled out accurately vs checking their actual budgets
Supports continuous alignment with category strategies and works
Skills Required For An Data Reconciliation
Strong analytical skills to handle and interpret data
Experience in working for Finance / FP&A processes
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience. Mainly MS excel
Ability to communicate optimally and expertly with all levels of management and clients
Ability to work accurately and timely – in order to meet deadlines and Month ends
