ZETA Off Campus Responsibilities:

  • You will assist in crafting high-quality, clear, and concise copies that align with user needs and Zeta’s business objectives for digital products. You will be working across 3 major streams – in-app interface copies, notifications, and Help & Support documentation.
  • You will be required to work along with the UX team to integrate content seamlessly with the design and enhance the user experience for digital products. You will also need to collaborate with the Help Center team for understanding customer pain points and maintenance of the FAQ category tree.
  • You will be learning and contributing towards the development and maintenance of a content design system or style guide for Plutus, ensuring consistency across all its products, under the guidance of senior team members.
  • You must be an active participant in the UX content process and pipeline, eager to learn and experiment to enhance the user experience.
  • Additionally, you will be contributing towards UX research efforts by participating in user interviews, usability testing, and analyzing user feedback to inform content creation for Zeta’s digital products.
