About the Role:
The Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Doubt Solving Specialist role is a key position within our organization, focusing on ensuring the clarity and understanding of course content for students. As an SME in this role, you will be responsible for resolving doubts related to lectures and slides on our PW SME Portal, both in live and recorded classes. The primary goal is to provide high-quality doubt resolution that aligns with established guidelines and enhances the overall learning experience for students.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in live classes and address doubts instantly in the assigned batches
- Adhere to guidelines provided for solving doubts, ensuring consistency and quality standards.
- Monitor and track the progress of doubt resolution, ensuring timely responses to student queries
- Solving allocated doubts within the minimum time.
