Barclays Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily Schedule Adherence
- Identify comprehensive target set of compliance data for users across teams.
- Ensure and deliver a high standard of quality in the KYC files in adherence to the bank’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure all processes executed during the final overview of the KYC files are delivered per predefined Quality guidelines.
- Process cases in accordance to approved process and procedures, international regulations and within pre-agreed service levels and with speed and accuracy, working towards ‘right first time’ objectives, taking ownership to resolve issues that may threaten remediation and refresh cycle timelines or Client satisfaction
- Adhere to quality control discipline, procedures and checks at all times
- Responsible for driving own performance management, collating relevant documentation, preparing for and arranging self-performance reviews
- Ensure SLA and Controls Adherence
- Using expert KYC knowledge, communication and problem solving skills to analyse KYC information, that has been provided by Clients or sourced from the public domain, for a broad range of Business Banking Clients
- Manage escalations and loop managers in all circumstances
- Develop a good understanding of the overall KYC operations process.
- Monitor and evaluate compliance data and information collected in support of activities within your role
- Embrace continuous changes and challenges; handle various initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned by line management.
- Keep accurate track record of all assigned requests, from receipt through execution of requests.
Barclays Eligibility Criteria:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Graduate from a reputed Institute or University in any discipline (BA, BSc, B.Com, BBM, BHM etc.)
